So, yesterday afternoon a good friend of mine calls me and invites me to a concert. But not any concert, It was the reunion of one of the greatest latin rock bands of the 80's....I belive there was like 50 thousand people, it was awesome!

This is Charlotte Gainsbourg (she's brittish but raised in Paris), daughter of Serge Gainsbourg...she's most famous for her acting career. I think the music it's in the genes, but that's the funny-intriguing thing about Charlotte, she doesn't even sing...she whispers the songs and you fall in love with her, her voice is so warm, beautiful and sexy you can't help but love her. And the songs are just beautiful.

So I decided to post threes of her videos. The first one is "5:55" (that's the name of her cd if you want to check it out), it's so damn beautiful, it looks like a potograph the entire video. The second one is "The Operation", gorgeous video also and amazing song. And finally is "Everything I Cannot See", my favorite song in the cd, the vid is a live performance with the band Air.

So last night I went to Jarzen's (friend) house to wish Carlos (another friend) a good and safe trip, he's going to Mexico City (he's probably flying right now) to see The Cure in concert, this is a big deal because that's his favorite band in the whole world, and yes he will probably cry like a 10 year old girl at the concert hahahaha...too bad I'm going to miss that :P

This means I'm semi-hung over right now and very sleepy.

P.S. We were chatting and laughing when suddenly I hear a very familiar sound in the backround...yes It was T&S, apparently Jarzen likes them, yes I know a rocker weird guitar player dude likes T&S...there's hope in the world, or not? hahahahahaha.

So last night I went to a Star Wars theme birthday party, it was a blast, even Darth Vader showed up (seriously, there was a dude dressed as DV). I even got to help the DJ put on some music (the DJ was one of my best friends hahahaha). The bad part was that I had to leave early because I had to work today.

And if you don't want to I can always go to LA and be UH HUH HER's new drumer, they don't have one anymore ;) (Leisha here I come!)

So I was thinking about Taye Diggs (don't ask me why) and I remembered that one of the reasons I like him is because he's always around beautiful women.

Idina Menzel: Taye's wife (well according to Uta ex-wife now, and this made me happy...yes i'm a bad person) and star of Rent and Wicked...she's hot and talented.



Christina Hendricks: she worked with him on the show "Kevin Hill", I remember everytime I saw her I got weak at the knees hahahaha, there's something about Christina ;) She also was on the show "Firefly".

Update: Idina and Taye are still married...DAMN! (hahahahah)

Back To School...

Well, more like back to college hee hee. New classes and hopefully new faces.

I saw "Lost And Delirious" for the first time yesterday, how appropriate huh? hahahaha. I liked it but it was too sad. It was nice to see dear miss Piper play a lesbian again :D and Mischa before all the OC fashion icon shit, and Jessica Paré is just too damn gorgeous.

I'll try to post some pics of my first drum lessons this week ;)
